Nigeria’s pioneer certification programme in Customer Service. It is a 9 months intensive programme run on a part time basis. It focuses on theoretical foundations, skills and attitude training and managerial training. Students are also required to carry out a research project. Certification is by Lead City University, Ibadan www.lcu.edu.ng . Currently run in Lagos and Ibadan.
