A NEW AND IMPROVED CURRICULUM

Customer Service has never been more important than in these challenging
economic times.

The Diploma Certificate in Customer Service is a twelve (12) weeks
programme, simultaneously linked with certificates of the Customer Service
Training Institute of the U.S.A and Service Skills. com.

It is a very intensive yet fun based learning as you will be exposed to
classroom teaching, workbook materials and lots of video learning. The
programme focuses on skills training for everyone new to customer service
or who wants a comprehensive review of the basics. You will also receive a
lot of learning materials on line. so it is important for you to have a
valid email address.

A 12-module based programme, assessment is carried out mid programme. A comprehensive examination is held at the end of the course. A minimum of grade C must be obtained to earn the diploma.

OUR DIPLOMA STUDENTS GET 4 CERTIFICATES AT ONE GO!

In addition to the diploma certificates, graduates receive three other
certificates. These are the Certificate Master Program ,The Call Centre
Agent Training Program and Service Skills Training Certificate Program.

The diploma programme will help prepare students for certification
examinations of Customer Service Training Institute (CSTI).

All our students are able to register for and acquire the Customer Service
Certified (CSC) Certificate of the International Customer Service
Association (ICSA) /Rockhurst University. The CSC was developed by
Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center in cooperation with, and
endorsed by, the ICSA.
Through The Customers Eyes (TTCE) is a powerful, practical training and
certification program for customer service representatives and enthusiasts
like you. Successful candidates receive the Customer Service Certified
(CSC) Certificate from the International Customer Service Association
(ICSA) and Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center.

This certification allows you to use the designation CSC after your name.
